Dairy Home

A fresh identity for Thailand's first organic dairy, built on its red barn and hand-drawn farm scenes.

The brief

Dairy Home was Thailand's first organic dairy, with biodegradable packaging and solar power long before they were common. The brand had not kept up with the company: it struggled to reach a new generation of shoppers and did not show what made the products different.

What we decided

Heritage, spoken to today. A strategy that ties the farm's story to modern shoppers, then a new logo to carry it.

One family on the shelf. A packaging system across the whole range, with a new palette and the red barn as the graphic element that makes every product recognisable.

What came of it

Sales grew by 62%, from 139 million baht in 2020 to 224 million in 2023, and a brand manual keeps every new product in the family.
