Privacy
What happens to the details you send me. It's short, because the site collects very little.
Who is responsible
Sébastien Maleville, Bangkok, Thailand. Write to hello at sebastienmaleville dot com about anything on this page.
What the site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your organisation if you give it, the topic and your message.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images come from this site, not from third parties. Netlify, which hosts the site, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Why
To read and answer your message and, if you ask for a project, a talk or advice, to prepare it with you. Nothing is used for marketing and nothing is sold.
Who receives it
- Netlify, which receives the form and stores what you send.
- Google, whose Gmail service is where messages arrive.
- ImprovMX, which forwards email sent to the hello@ address.
- Essential Studio Co., Ltd., when your message is about a project with the studio.
Netlify, Google and ImprovMX may process data on servers outside Thailand.
How long it's kept
As long as the conversation needs it, and no more than two years after our last exchange, unless it becomes a project whose records the law requires me to keep.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent where you gave it. Write to the address above. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
